RDS Templates

It is recommended you grab the aaoSystem (https://dev.aao.gov.au/rds/aaoSystem.git) tool and use its aaoRepoFromTemplate command to create from these templates.

Otherwise fork the repository and execute the "RUN_ME" script (but get messy history)
