	Added the AAOmegaSample files and test scripts used for manual
        testing of aaorun. This was removed from the aaorunTESTSample module
        as it was not being used by the regressiion test but the old size of
        the aaorunTESTSample module was big enough to cause problems
        during the cruisecontrol regression tests
