Ammended unix/configure so that it will not include zlib within the build

	Ammended unix/configure so that it will not include zlib within the
        building even if zlib is available on the system. This was done by
        setting the variable zlib_ok  to no immediately after the test that
        it is available.
        Search for "BY ORDER OF THE FROG OF MARS" to find it.
